Why should I have my ducts cleaned?

These contaminants also bog down your furnace making it less efficient, requiring more energy which makes your wallet have to work harder too.
How often should I have my ducts cleaned?
Your ducts should be cleaned every 2-3 years. People who suffer with asthma, allergies and have a lot of pets could benefit from yearly cleanings. If you’ve just moved into a newly built home cleaning your ducts will remove the construction debris and drywall dust so you truly start out in a new home.
